The Online Modules, the first part of the Leadership Certificate Program, provide you a deeper understanding of not only how to be a leader in your department, but how to be a leader in the current healthcare environment with modules on financial and project management, leading a team, corporate responsibility, and more.
After completing the Online Modules, you can either attend the In-Person Course, held at the NAMSS Educational Conference & Exhibition or a live virtual NAMSS Leadership Certificate Program Course. Engage with fellow MSP leaders and experts in the profession as you exchange best practices and ideas you can implement when you return to your facility.
- Tomorrow's Leaders Program
The NAMSS Tomorrow’s Leaders Program is designed to support individuals who are interested in growing their leadership skills to help elevate the profession and to build the next generation of leaders for NAMSS.
Who should apply? Individuals who have demonstrated experience in volunteering with NAMSS, demonstrated commitment to the growth and success of NAMSS, and who have an interest in continuing and advancing their NAMSS volunteer experience.

- Fellow Designation
The pinnacle of achievement and acknowledgment for MSPs, the Fellow Designation recognizes a career MSP who has made outstanding contributions to the profession through service as a leader, mentor, and educator. The Fellow Designation signifies the recognition of knowledge along with service to NAMSS and the advancement of the profession.
