The Aspire Higher Scholarship, is a NAMSS Scholarship, funded by The Greeley Company, that was established in 2014 and honors Carol Cairns, CPMSM, CPCS, a woman who personifies the ideals of integrity, leadership and knowledge that the profession represents.
